The estate is renowned for its homemade pasta, primarily made by the family’s son, Andraž. The saffron gnocchi with pancetta is superb, soft enough to melt in your mouth. The ravioli with dried tomatoes and ricotta on a spinach cream were divine, and for meat lovers, we recommend the Florentine steak. Biting into the perfectly cooked meat with a crispy crust and tender center, a burst of juice flows into the mouth. For those who appreciate good meat, the address where Šajna resides is worth remembering, especially since they age the meat themselves. The wine cellar offers between 50 and 70 labels.

Osmica is a traditional sale of wine and other agricultural products directly at the estates. In the past, this “tax-free sale” period could only last 8 days a year.
